Other properties are purchased in shell form, completed and furnished.In Gozo, the company acquired a very old property in Qala, which is over 200 years old, as a derelict farmhouse and transformed it into a cosy and pretty three-bedroom farmhouse, with a swimming pool approximately 20 feet X 10 feet.
