The Chilipoker.com website was launched in 2004 by a Swedish team of internet poker enthusiasts.

In 2006, the company merged with “Gaminvest”, an investment fund created by European entrepreneurs, in order to accelerate its growth and development into the International markets.

The company is managed by three subsidiaries, or sister companies, based in London (UK), Sliema (Malta), and San José (Costa Rica). Due to this geographical distribution Chilipoker is able to guarantee a freephone service besides excellent and efficient support to their clientèle.

The games offered by the company are operated by partners or affiliates who hold European or International operating licenses. (UK, Costa Rica and Kahnawake, Canada).
